2T. vinegar

2T. worsteshire sauce

1 or more garlic cloves, crushed

1 tsp. dry mustard

6-8 anchovie fillets, mashed

1/3 cup vegetable oil
|
|
1/2 cup parmesean cheese
|

Instructions |
|
|
Beat ingredients by hand with wisk or electronically.
|
|
|
Good for 1 to 1 1/2 heads of romaine lettuce
|
|
|
Due to thickness of dressing, add dressing bit by bit to avoid
clumping of lettuce
|
|
|
Mix with lettuce just before serving.
|
