Ingredients
14 cups of old fashioned oats (not quick cooking)
2 cups of wheat germ
2 cups sweetened coconut
1 and 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 cup sesame seeds
1 cup raw sunflower seeds
1 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla
 
1 cup oil (safflo is best)
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups of raisins or almonds (optional)

Instructions
Preheat oven 325. In a large roasting pan combine; oats, wheat germ, coconut, brown sugar, sesame seeds and sunflower seeds, almonds if raw.
In a bowl combine water, vanilla, oil and salt. Pour over oat mixture until well blended and coated.
Bake for an hour and a half, stir occsaionally (every 30 mins) add roasted almonds or raisins in the last half and hr of cooking.
