Mix first six ingredients together and pat 2/3 of mixture into bottom of 8x8 pan, reserving
remaining 1/3 for topping. Prepare 3 cups of fruit.
For thickning, mix remaining four ingredients in sauce pan. Bring to a boil, stirring often until
thickened. Remove from heat. Stir fruit into thickening till coated. Pour onto crust. Top with
remaining crumb topping. Bake 45 min at 350.
