Mix cake mix, coconut, butter, and one egg until crumbly. Press lightly in ungreased pan.
In mixing bowl combine cream cheese, two eggs, 3/4 cup sugar, and 2 tsp vanilla. Beat until smooth and fluffy. Pour over cake mixture. Bake 25 - 30 minutes in 350 degree oven.
Mix topping ingredients until smooth. When cheesecake comes out of oven, spread topping evenly on top. Let cool.
Refrigerate, preferably overnight.
