Cover meat with water, add salt, bring to boil, simmer cover 1 1/2
hours. Add onions and beets, cook 30 minutes or until beets are
almost done. Add carrots, potatoes, celery and beans; cook 10
minutes. Add cabbage; cook till tender. Stir in tomatoes and garlic.
Blend flour with T. cold water-spoon in some soup liquid; stir into
soup. Season with salt, pepper, boullion and dill.
If using cooked white beans; add them after cabbage is cooked in
order to retain their whiteness.
