2-3 pound pork roast
|

2 pkg. split green peas (350g each)
|
|
2 onions
|
|
2-3 leeks (or Knorr's leek soup mix)
|
|
beef boullion to taste
|
|
carrot
|
|
bay leaf
|

2 pkg Knorr's green pea soup (if using leek soup mix, add only 1 pkg of pea soup mix)

Instructions |

|
Night before- Cook pork in water. Cut into cubes. Reserve broth
for soup, skimming off fat when cool. Rinse peas twice and soak
overnight in water.

In pot combine all ingredients except pork and soup mixes.
Cook until peas fall apart. Put through sieve.
|
|
|
Add pork and soup mix(es) Continue to cook, adding water as
needed.
