3/4 cup dry white wine (or extra 3/4 cup more of broth)
1 cups fresh basil
1 oz. fresh graded parmesan cheese
2 cups chicken breasts
Black pepper
Instructions
Spray Depp Covered Baker with olive oil. Slice garlic into baker. Add tomatoes. Cover & microwave for 4-5 minutes until tomatoes begin to burst. Then crush tomatoes with Mix N' Chop.
Add uncooked pasta, broth, wine, salt & black pepper. Return baker to microwave, covered, and cook for 16-18 minutes or until pasta is tender. Stir after 10 minutes of cooking. Meanwhile, chop basil and grate cheese.
Remove baker from microwave. Add remaining basil, grated cheese and cooked chicken to baker & mix well. Garnish with additional basil, parmesan cheese and pepper is desired.
