cream butter and sugar. sift dry ingredients and add to mixture, alternating with eggs. mix batter thoroughly at slow speed. add the vanilla and sour cream.
pour half of the batter into a well greased bundt pan and then add half of the topping, rest of batter, and then rest of topping. bake at 325 degrees for 65-70 minutes
