1 Poblano Pepper
|
|
1/4 cup of Panko Breadcrumbs
|
|
2 tbs. Cream cheese
|
|
1/4 cup shredded Mozzerella cheese (or cheddar if you prefer)

6-9 diced jalepeno slices
|

Garlic powder (or fresh garlic, diced) and cayanne to taste
|

Instructions |

|
Set the oven to broil.
Halve the Poblano pepper and deseed it.
Roast on a stovetop grill (optional).

Spread the cream cheese evenly over each half of the
pepper, a quarter to half inch thick is good.
|
|
|
In a bowl- combine jalepenos, panko, shredded cheese
and seasonings.
Divide this mixture and spread evenly between the
halves.
|
|
|
Broil the peppers until the tops of the panko are
dark brown and the cheese looks melted. Enjoy!
