Mix flour, cinnamen, and baking powder well. Take old-fashioned oats and grind between palms to make finer. Add oats to flour mixture and mix well.

Add milk, oil, molasses and mix well. Add to dry ingredients and mix until smooth.

Cook on oiled or buttered gridle at medium-high heat. Makes 6 medium sized pancakes. Pancake is ready to flip when you see bubbles in the middle.

Optional- Cube one large apple and place in sauce pan with dash of cinnamen and tsp of vegetarian butter and 1/3 cup water. Cook until apples soften and liquid is cooked away. Serve over pancakes. Bananas also work well cooked in this same way. Pecans sprinkled on top of pancakes and fruit is a delicious way to increase the nutritional value of this breakfast.
