Add the liquid ingredients and stir. Add the salt, yeast,and honey.
Using a cup measurer, add the whole wheat flour, stirring with a
slotted spoon after each addition. Begin adding the white flour
afterwards continuing to stir.
When the dough leaves the sides of the bowl, turn out onto a
floured surface and knead for 10 minutes or until it springs back to
the touch.
Grease a large bowl and put the kneaded dough into it. Spray the
top with a cooking spray and place in the fridge over night.
Punch down the next morning and divide the dough into equal
portions. Roll out and shape into bread sized packets. Be sure to
tuck in the ends when placing into the pans. Let rise until double
and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. Let cool on
racks.
