Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
Combine butter, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper and red pepper in a large roasting pan and heat the mixture until just hot (about 2 min).
Add crab, stir to coat all pieces.
Roast just until garlic is golden and crab is hot (about 10 min).
Repeatedly pour liquid into bowl and then over crab to disperse flavor.
Garnish with parsley or cilantro and finish with lemon.

Suggestions
Serve with a green salad and a baguette.
