12 baguette slices, each about 1/4 inch thick
|
|
2 large cloves garlic, peeled, cut in half
|
|
5 ounces soft herbed goat cheese
|
|
Olive oil or honey, optional
|
|
6 thin slices proscuitto or Serrano ham, cut in half
|
|
12 orange slices, trimmed of pith and peel
|

Instructions |
|
|
Preheat the broiler. Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and place under the broiler until lightly toasted.
|
|
|
Remove and immediately rub the cut side of the garlic on the warm baguette slices.
|
|
|
Spread on the goat chees and drizzle with olive oil or honey if using.
|
|
|
Top each with a half-slice of proscuitto and an orange slice.
