|
saute garlic in olive oil. add zucchini and cook until almost tender.
meanwhile, boil broth to make cous cous.

|
add tomatoes. cook until heated.
top with the juice of the lemon and feta.
|
|
|
add cous cous to boiling broth or water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
|
|
|
serve vegetable mixure on top of cous cous.
