Combine catsup and mustard, stiring well with a whisk. Reserve 2 ½ tbs catsup mixture.
Combine remaining catsup mixture, and beef through egg in a large bowl stirring to
combine.
Divide beef mixture into 4 equal parts. Shape each part into loaves; place loaves on a jelly roll
pan coated with cooking spray.
Spread reserved catsup mixture (2 tsp per loaf) evenly over each loaf. Bake for 25 min or until
done.
