1/4 c Crisco Vegetable Oil ( I would use E.V.O.O.)
2 T. red wine vinegar
1 T. chopped fresh thyme
1/4 c. chopped parsley
Instructions
Heat oven 350o Spray one side of each wonton wrapper with no-
stick cooking spray. Press wonton wrappers, coated-side-down
into miniature muffin cups.
Bake 10 - 12 mins. until golden brown. Remove from pan & cool
Combine chicken, pecans, green onions, carrot & celery. Stir in oil,
vinegar & thyme.
Spoon chicken mixture into wonton cups. Sprinkle with parsley.
