In a small saucepan, saute garlic in butter for 2 -3 minutes. Line a shallow pan with foil. Arrinage shrimp in a layer over foil. Dash with salt and pepper. Place lemon slices over shrimp; drizzle with garlic butter, sprinkle with parsley. Grill 6-8 minutes, turning frequently.
