Dissolve yeast and butter in warm milk, add beaten egg yolks and flavoring, mix with flour mixture and lightly, cover and refrigerate overnight. Divide dough into four portions, roll each portion into a twelve inch circle, cut into 12 pie wedges, place 3/4 t filling in each wedge and roll up. Let rise until double in volume. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes and frost with vanilla icing. You could put ground nuts on top of icing.
