2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

1 cup libby's solid pack pumkin
|
|
1 cup sugar
|
|
1/2 cup milk
|
|
|

2 eggs
|

1/4 cup softened butter
|
|
1 cup chopped pecans
|

Instructions |

|
Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, salt and spices.
|

Combine pumkin, sugar, milk and eggs in mixing bowl. Add dry ingredients and softened butter. Mix until blended. Stir in nuts.

Spread in well greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
