Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Preheat iron skillet.
Cut beef into thin strips or cubes. Brown in oilded iron skillet over medium heat. Does not need to be done through. Add the frozen stew veggies. Sprinkle all with the dry onion soup mix. Add 1/2 cup water. Stir.
Pour into 9 x 9 casserole that is lined with foiil. Pour beef stew into casserole. Top with green beans.
Top with the cream of mushroom soup.
Cover with foil. Cook in preheated oven for 40 to 50 minutes until done through.

Suggestions
Recipe for two. If you double, just use the one can of soup. Add water if needed.
