2 cans (12.5 oz. each) seasoned diced tomatoes for chili, undrained
1 can (14.5 oz.) black beans, drained
1 can (14.5 oz.) chicken broth
1 cup frozen whole kernel corn
Top with sour cream, cheddar cheese, chopped cilantro (optional)
Instructions
Spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium heat 30 seconds. Add ground turkey and separate into crumbles. Cook and stir 5 to 7 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink; drain.
Stir in onion and spices; cook 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, beans, broth, and corn. Bring to a low boil; simmer 5 minutes.
Top with sour cream, cheese and cilantro, if desired.
