In a shallow dish, place the flour. In another dish, combine bread crumbs, almonds, cilantro, & curry; set aside. In another dish, beat together egg & milk; set aside.
Cut chicken into 1 inch strips. Coat with flour. Dip in egg. Then coat with almond mix. Heat oil in large skillet. Carefully add chicken. Cook 10 to 12 minutes, turning once. Drain and serve with yogurt dip.
