Lightly grease 15x10 jelly roll pan. Cut each breast into 1/2 in strips. In lg bowl, combine
sour cream, lemon juice, celery salt, Worcestershire, salt pepper & garlic. Mix well.

Add chicken,coat well, and cover. Refrigerate overnight. Preheat to 350 degrees. In med. bowl, combine crumbs and seeds. Remove chicken from sour cream mix and roll in crumbs.
