|
Preheat oven to 350. Cream butter and sugar til light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla.

Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Add to butter mixture gradually.
|
|
|
Add oats then chocolate chips or raisins.
|
|
|
Use mini ice cream scooper and place on parchment lined baking sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake first batch for 15 minutes and the rest for 14 minutes, until golden brown. Turn tray around in the last 5 minutes.
