Heat oven to 350 degrees. Pat cookie dough into a 9 x 13 ungreased pan. Bake 12 to 16 minutes or till light brown. Cool completely. Beat 1/2 c butter, peanut butter, powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Spread mixture over cooled crust. In 1-qt saucepan, cook chocolate chips and remaining 1/4 c butter over low heat, stirring frequently, until melted and smooth. Remove from heat. Cool 10 minutes. Stir in whipping cream until well blended. Spread over peanut butter mixture. Regrigerate until chocolate is set, about 1 hour. Cut into bars to serve.
