Mix all ingredients together. Add another cup 10x sugar, mix into mixture. Shape eggs and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours or put into freezer for appox 30 minutes.
Chocolate covering - Melt chocolate in microwave (low heat 50% power). Use a 2 cup measuring cup, dip eggs one at a time and place on wax paper. Let sit out overnight uncovered to dry. Can be refrigerated after they are dry.
