1/4 c. olive oil (can use less or sub 4 T. Mazola)
1 c. chopped Parsley--fine
Instructions
Combine bulgur with boiling water and 2 T. lemon juice. Let stand 1 hour. Drain thoroughly squeezing out liquid. Combine bulgur with onion, tomatoes, parsley, mint, salt, thyme, pepper, oil and 1/3 c. lemon juice.
