Turn on griddle or frying pan to medium heat. Mix the eggs, 1/2 cup of milk together. Now add the cinnamon for taste

Dip both sides of the texas toast into the egg mixture and place onto the griddle. Cook both sides of the toast for a few minutes until golden brown.

|
|
Remove from the pan/griddle and butter one side right away. You can either top with maple syrup or use sprinkled powdered sugar with some fresh fruit slices.
|
|
|
If you don't use the texas toast the fluffiness doesn't come out the same as regular bread.
