Heat oil in wok on medium heat. Put in onions. Once onions have softened turn heat up and add pork and half the sesame along with ginger, garlic, cayenne. Leave lid off.

Once pork is mostly cooked (most moisture should have evaporated) add honey, fish sauce, vinegar and carrots. Add remaining sesame. Cook on high heat with lid on.

Once carrots are half cooked to desired tenderness add the asparagus (but not the tips) Cook a couple minutes then add asparagus tips and peas. Add water - just enough to yield a thin sauce.

Once peas are tender and sauce has thickened a bit remove from heat. Garnish with whole sesame seeds and serve.
