Line bottom of 2 qt. square baking dish with some of the lady fingers in an even layer. Drizzle half of coffee over ladyfingers.
In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, whipping cream, powdered sugar and vanilla with mixer until stiff peaks form. Beat in the liqueur until combined.
Spoon half of the cream cheese mixture over ladyfingers, spreading evenly. Sprinkle half ot eh white chocolate and bittersweet chocolate over this. Top with another layer of ladyfingers. Drizzle remaining coffee and spread on remaining cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with remaining grated chocolate. Cover and chill for 6-24 hrs.
