1 1/2 cup cooked, finely chopped pork, chicken, shrimp or beef
1/2 tsp. fresh, minced ginger root
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
1 1/2 cup bean sprouts
1 Tbl. soy sauce
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat oil, add meat and ginger root. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Add
remaining ingredients and stir fry for 3 minutes. Put into colander;
drain and cool. Fill egg roll and press and seal with water or a bit of
beaten egg. Deep fry in oil until golden brown.

Suggestions
Serve with sweet and sour sauce or hot mustard sauce.
