Penne Pasta, 3-4 cups dry
|

6-8 oz. medium shrimp, cooked
|

1 can diced tomatoes
|
|
10-12 sprigs of asparagus
|
|
2-3 tsp. italian seasoning
|
|
1 clove garlic
|
|
2 tbsp. flour
|
|
2 tbsp. water
|
|
Olive Oil
|

Instructions |

|
Boil Penne pasta until al dente. Saute asaparagus and shrimp in olive oil and basil until just done.
|

Add tomatoes and italian seasoning, reduce heat and simmer for 5-6 minutes.
|
|
|
Add diced garlic clove and mix water with flour. Add to tomatoe until sauce thickens.
|
|
|
Stir in pasta and combine completely. Add salt and Pepper to taste. Serve warm.
