In a saucepan heat together brown sugar, butter and chocolate
over low heat, stirring until chocolate is just melted.
Let cool for 1 minute.
Blend in vanilla and egg.
Gently fold in all purpose flour until just blended.
Spoon into tiny paper baking cups.
Bake in 350 F oven for 10 - 12 minutes or until set.
Remove from oven, set chocolate rosebud on top of each.
Let Cool.

Suggestions
Serve when still warm. Refrigerate if not eating within hour.
