Instructions |

Boil brinjals in salted water for 20 min
|
|
|
Cut in half lengthwise, and scoop out middle.
Stuff mixture back into brinjal skin, and bake for 30min at 200 C.

Mix brinjal flesh with chopped up mushroom, tomatoe, salt, pepper & turmeric
|
|
|
Turn on grill and crumble feta over top. Grill until melted.
