Instructions |

|
Pressure cook meat with garlic, ginger, salt 17-20 mins, save soup
|
|
|
Heat oil, saute onions, adul lasan, salt, jeeru
Add double amount of soup/water to rice, and beef stock cube. Let boil
|
|
|
Add rice, meat and potatoes, let boil 2-3 mins
Then cover, put on low heat 25 -30 mins
|
