Dice the onion and cook with sausage. Cut up the velveeta, add to
skillet. Add tomatoes, green chilies and cream cheese. Heat on medium
till all blended. Dice the jalepeno up fine if added. Keep warm in a
crock pot to serve. It will stay hot for awhile though.
I don't always use the onion. Original recipe didn't call for Velveeta.
Sid suggested adding it. Makes it a whole lot better.
