Put ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 seconds. Then blend on high until the texture resmebles a soft sorbet, about 30 seconds longer. If your blender struggles wit this thick mixture, add a splash of ice water to thin.
Serve immediately in your favorite bowels, eat slowly, and savor the flavor.
