1 lb. burger meat
|
|
2 tbsp butter
|
|
1 tbsp flour
|
|
1 can cream of mushroom soup
|
|
seasonings- chili powder,
|
|
garlic salt,
|
|
salt & pepper.

2 tbsp. sour cream
|
|
1 pkg. large rotini noodles
|

Instructions |
|
|
Cook hamburger meat (salted & peppered) and strain. Put back in pan on one side. On other side of pan, melt butter, add flour, and mix.

Stir meat into butter/flour mix. Add seasonings. Add soup, then refill can with water and add.
|
|
|
Simmer until water is almost cooked out. Meanwhile, cook noodles.
|
|
|
Add sour cream to sauce. Pour sauce over noodles.
