1/3 cup buttermilk

2 ounce (4 Tbs.) melted, room temperature butter

1 Tbs. baking powder
|
|
1/2 tsp. salt
|

1/4 tsp. baking soda
|

Instructions |

|
In a food processor, combine cottage cheese,
buttermilk, sugar, butter, and vanilla extract
(About 10 seconds.)
|

Add flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda, and
pulse in short bursts (until dough clumps together.)
Will be soft and moist.
|

|
Knead with hands on floured surface (4 or 5 times).
|
|
|
Roll the dough into a 12x15 inch rectangle.
