Mix all ingredients (except meat) into a marinade. Slice meat into 1/8 inch slices (as thin and you can get them). Add meat to marinade and leave at room temp one hour. Place strips on bacon rack. Cover with paper towel or wax paper. Microwave 2 1/2 min. Turn meat over and continue to microwave until meat begins to brown and turn dry.
Do not completely dry in microwave or it will become leathery in storage.
