Mix dry ingredients together. Stir in carrots, apples and nuts.

Mix liquids together then add to dry ingredients until mixture is moist.
|
|
|
Fill muffin tins approx ¾ full (use a 12 muffin tin).
|
|
|
Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

|
Apples should be chopped until applesauce consistency. Carrots should be chopped to smallest possible bits, and nuts chopped to desired size.
