Remove casings from sausage and crumble in large skillet. Add peppers, mushrooms and onions, cook until sausage is done and veggies wilt.
Add pasta and broth, stirring well bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until pasta is done. Add milk, garlic, Italian seasoning, and cook until heated through. Do Not Boil. Remove from heat and add cheddar cheese, stir until cheese melts. Sprinkle with parmesan.
It is best to use the same brand Italian Sausage each time. Different sausage really changes the flavor. We like to use sausage crumbles, like the ones that go on your favorite Pizza. Megan cooks this the best.
