In a small bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add the onions,
crab, and garlic, mix well.
Place about 1 1/2 t of filling on each wonton wrapper. The recipe
calls for the center but we put it on the side, moisten the edges,
fold over and seal.
In electric skillet, heat 1 inch of oil to 375. Fry the wontons for 1 -
2 minutes or until golden brown, turning once. Drain on paper towels,
serve with sweet and sour sauce.
Fill wontons a few at a time, keep covered with a damp paper towel until
ready to use.
