Bring large pot of salted water to boil and cook pasta according to directions. Drain and toss 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Place in serving bowl and cover to keep warm.
Set large saute pan over medium heat and add remaining olive oil. Springle in red pepper flakes and garlic. Saute until fragrant, about 1 min.
Add shrimp to pan and cook about 1 min. per side or until pink. Season with salt and pepper. Add shrimp to pasta and sprinkle with cilantro. Toss to combine. Serve with lemon wedges and plenty of fresh bread.
