Brown ground meat and drain excess fat.

Boil elbow macaroni according to directions. Drain.
|
|
|
Add 2 cans tomato sauce to ground meat. Stir in macaroni. Stir together.

|
Add chili powder, pepper and salt. Mix well. Cover and let simmer for about 15 minutes.
