Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter and
save 1/2 cup for top. Bake 15 minutes.
Scald milk over hot water. Add 1/2 c sugar mixed
with cornstarch and moisten with cold milk. Stir
until creamy.
Add 3 egg yolks slightly beaten and heated with 2
tbsp. of the hot mixture. Cook until thick stirring.
Add 1/2 tsp vanilla when cool. Cover with meringue
and crumbs.
