1/2 c. butter softened

1/2 c. powdered sugar

Filling- 1 lemon rind and juice

1 c. sugar

2 tbsp flour

2 eggs

Instructions |

|
Preheat oven to 325. Mix flour, butter, and sugar.
Spread in 9x9 pan, patting down firmly. Bake 20
minutes.

Filling
Mix lemon juice and rind and sugar, flour, and eggs.
Pour over baked flour mixture. Bake 25 minutes
longer.

|
When cooled sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut
into squares.
