In large kettle, bring water and beef boullion to a boil. Add rice, bring to a boil, cover and remove from heat. Leave covered until chorizo sauce is ready.
Put oil in large skillet or electric skillet, add chorizos, cook while stirring, 5 minutes. Add ham, spices, vegetables and pepper juice. Simmer 15-20 minutes, covered. Add chicken to mix, stir well. Cover, simmer 5 minutes. Fluff rice, add sauce. Eat and Enjoy.
