Mix brown sugar, oatmeal, flour, margarine, and pecans and put on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring often so it crumbles and nicely browned.
Place 1/2 of mixture in a 9 x 13 pan. Drizzle the fudge topping sauce over the top. Spread the ice cream over the top. Drizzle the caramel topping over the top. Top with the remaining crumb mixture and freeze. Enjoy!
