1 lb Ground Beef (I use 2 lbs)

1 medium Onion, chopped
|
|
1 Green Bell Pepper, chopped
|
|
4 cloves Garlic, chopped
|
|
8 cups Beef Broth
|
|
2 cans (15oz each) diced Italian Tomatoes
|
|
1 pkg 9 oz frozen Green Beans
|
|
1 can 8 oz Tomato Sauce
|
|
1 cup Ditalini Pasta or small pasta
|
|
|
|
1 T Worcestershire Sauce
|
|
2 tsp dried Oregano
|
|
1 tsp dried Basil
|
|
1/2 tsp Pepper
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
In a dutch oven or soup kettle, cook beef, onions, green peppers
and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Drain.
|

Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover
and simmer 30 minutes or until veggies are tender.
